Fire Evacuation / 5 Steps to Safety

It may be that from the time a vehicle catches fire to the point that it is totally engulfed in flame is only 2 or 3 minutes. In this case, it is essential that the driver and any assistants have a plan to work to the evacuation of the vehicle is as safe and swift as possible. Efficient vehicle evacuation is only achieved by well-prepared and well-drilled staff following a plan.

During this training, drivers and assistants will be taught to evacuate their vehicle using a logical, memorable plan. This course covers topics such as the causes of vehicle fires, reducing the risks of fires starting and what to do if a fire starts. Also demonstrations and simulated fire evacuation scenarios show the different ways you should safely evacuate a vehicle.
